What is the warranty policy for 3D printers and laser engravers?
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on the main components of our 3D printers and laser engravers. Please note that consumable parts, such as LCD screens, FEP films, and nozzles, have a shorter warranty period or are excluded based on usage.
What is your return policy for EU customers?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
